External Trainer Partner (Freelancer Trainer)

[TVL Group] Skills Bridge is a leading training and development organization that provides high-quality training solutions to businesses of all sizes across industries. We are currently seeking External Trainer Partners to join our team on a freelance basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design and deliver training programs for Skills Bridge clients in a variety of industries.

* Collaborate with the Skills Bridge team to ensure training programs meet client needs and expectations.

* Provide feedback and recommendations for improving training programs.

* Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.

* Willingness to learn new content areas if assigned and provided by Skills Bridge.

* Ensure compliance with Skills Bridge's regulations and standards for delivering products/services to customers, in accordance with the TVL Group's guidelines.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

* Proven experience as a professional trainer.

* Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.

* Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

* Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset.

* Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.

* Organizational and time management abilities.

* Critical thinking and decision-making skills.

* BSc/BA in business, HR, finance or all related fields; MBA is preferred.

We have divided our Trainer positions into two levels based on the following criteria:

*** Level 1: Expert

Minimum of 20 years of work experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a trainer and instructor

Age: 45+

Preference given to trainers who are business owners, currently working as consultants, or have time to work as freelance trainers

*** Level 2: Trainer

Minimum of 15 years of work experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a trainer and instructor

Age: 35+

Training schedules and courses will be designed based on the strengths and flexible schedules of the trainers.
